Lead Pastor North Shore Alliance Church

North Shore Alliance Church (NSAC) is prayerfully seeking a Lead Pastor to guide our congregation. The successful candidate is prayerful, humble, and collaborative in both leading teams and decision making. They have a passion for the Scriptures and are gifted at preaching, teaching, and helping people think “Christianly” in a post Christian culture. They will be able to see “the big picture” and think creatively about what God is calling NSAC to.  They are committed to local and Global missions, can act as a bridge between cultures, and are able to connect with people different than themselves.The Lead Pastor will provide spiritual and pastoral leadership to the Board, staff, and the congregation.
