This past week, Pastor Anne celebrated her 15th year anniversary working at North Shore Alliance Church.  Anne has served in many areas of pastoral ministry including administration, organizing and supporting small groups and small group leaders, prayer ministry, and pastoral care.  Thank you Anne, for serving Jesus so faithfully in our community!

Our NSA Youth are hosting a Bake Sale Fundraiser between the services this Sunday, July 10th to help raise funds towards the bus for their summer service trip.

We are looking for beverage and NUT-FREE snack donations to bless our volunteers at SummerJAM.  If you prefer, we will gladly accept financial donations, which will be used for "Thank You Thursday," our SummerJAM volunteer appreciation lunch.

Please register which food items you plan to donate and then drop them off at the NSA Kids entrance on SUNDAY MORNINGS anytime BETWEEN 8:45 am and 11:15 am OR to the Church Office on Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Donation Suggestions: muffins, cookies, freezies, chips, and fruit trays since we have fewer food restrictions again. Hooray!  Please NO NUTS in any of the food.

VISION AND TEAM:

Since mission trips have been on hiatus since COVID, Green Bay Bible Camp is opening up a new way for youth groups to do a trip together that has mission trip elements. This opportunity will provide discipleship training through loving service!
 
Pastor Brendan is looking for 8-10 grade 10-12 students to serve with on this week long trip!

DETAILS:

The Green Bay Summer Pursuit dates are July 17 - 23, 2022. 
Cost will be somewhere between $50.00 - $150.00,  but will depend primarily on how fundraising goes!

OVERVIEW:

There will be pre-trip discipleship training and a fundraiser at NSAC. Then in July we'll join with Green Bay's staff team and serve their summer camp day campers for the week! We will also join with another ministry that serves the needs of downtown Kelowna's most vulnerable for an evening. There will be some really fun elements too, including some boating, beaching, and a Kelowna adventure day on Saturday!

We're looking for volunteers to help maintain the gardens around the church property. You can come weekly, bi-weekly, or every once in a while. Bring your friends, your small group, or your kids and volunteer together!  

Help with weeding, deadheading, pulling dandelions, and general cleanup around the property. Contact Mary Louise with any questions or for deatils on garden maintenance priorities.

There are quite a few items in our Lost and Found box - clothing, water bottles, mugs, glasses, hats, face masks, etc.  Please claim your missing items from the Welcome Desk on Sunday mornings, or contact the church office during the week.  We will be donating any remaining items at the end of July.

        Canada, and our church should be the only one that pops up.
5. Once you find North Shore Alliance Church, click This is My Church.
6. Follow the steps until the North Shore Alliance Church home page appears.
