Parent Information

An email will go out on the Friday prior to SummerJAM with your child's group assignment as well as check-in and check-out information.

Drop Off (SummerJAM only)

Drop off is at 8:45AM.

Sign your child in at the Welcome Desk! Please note that our parking lot will be unavailable for parking so please park on the surrounding streets to drop your child off.

Pick Up (SummerJAM only)

Pick up time is 12:00PM.

For everyone's safety, it is VERY IMPORTANT that your child gets SIGNED OUT. We require your child's name tag when they check out so please be sure that you child's group leader collects it before you leave.

If someone BESIDES a parent/legal guardian OR their emergency contact is going to pick up your child, make sure they are identified in the appropriate section of the registration form, and complete THIS FORM BEFORE the first day of camp to hand in at that time.  

Snack (SummerJAM & Junior SummerJAM)

We ask that you pack your child a NUT-FREE snack each day.  Remember to include a filled water bottle as well.  Also, please remember to label the snack with your child's name.

Lost & Found

If anything is lost you can check in with the volunteers at the Welcome Desk.

The Welcome Desk is found immediately outside the church entrance. Registration, Lost & Found, parent questions, and First Aid are all here too.
